Deepwater Horizon response and claims operations
Brian developed change-control and software-deployment practices for the economic and property damage claims process and separately built an emergency information-management system for Homeland Security's regional response coordination.

Brian architected a SharePoint-based document and data-management system supporting more than 150,000 files, with versioning, data integrity, security, user guidance, Google Drive integration, and disaster-recovery documentation.

Brian supported modernization planning for the Department of Social Services' Common Access Front End and represented Louisiana during implementation planning for a statewide workforce evaluation and training platform.
